How to Measure Your Hat Size
I always say — a great hat isn't just beautiful, it also needs to feel right.
To find your perfect size at CHAPEAU, all you need is a soft measuring tape (like a sewing one).

A Simple Measurement
Place the measuring tape around your head — at the widest point in the back, and slightly above the ears in the front, exactly where you'd want the hat to "sit."
Make sure the tape is snug but comfortable — just like the hat should feel.
Check Your Number
Our sizes are measured in centimeters (CM) .
Once you have your circumference - simply choose the matching size from the chart.
Size Chart
| Size | Head Circumference (cm) |
|---|---|
| S | 54–55 |
| M | 56–57 |
| L | 58–59 |
Between Two Sizes?
We recommend going with the larger size — you can always fine-tune the fit with a gentle inner padding.
Where Do You Like Your Hat to Sit?
Classic Fit
The hat sits slightly lower — close to the brows, for a traditional look.
High & Delicate Fit
A more open look — the hat sits a bit higher, along the hairline.
The measurement varies depending on the feeling you're going for — choose whatever feels most right to you.
A Little Tip From Me
The hat should sit comfortably — secure, but never tight.
Like a quiet layer of confidence.
