Our hats are made from 100% high-quality Australian wool felt — a material carefully selected for its rich texture, durability, and ability to retain its shape over time.

This is the most important component of the hat, so I didn't compromise on it. The felt gives a clean and elegant look, a natural and pleasant feel.

We chose to work with high-density felt and a weight of around 220 grams (±), a precise balance that allows the hat to maintain a stable structure over time — alongside everyday comfort and a light feel on the head.

Inside the crown you will find a lining made of 100% cotton, designed by Chapeau.

Beyond branding, the choice of cotton is designed to allow for natural breathability, moisture absorption, and long-lasting comfort. It creates a pleasant buffer between the felt and the head, reducing overheating and maintaining a feeling of freshness — so the hat feels right on the inside, too.
