We're so glad you chose us, and it's important to us that you know your shopping experience matters!
That's why we've partnered with a professional and friendly courier service for home delivery. Orders over ₪500 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping cost is ₪30. Delivery time – up to five business days, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased on the Website may be returned or exchanged.
Items must arrive new, clean, and in their original packaging. Used items will not be accepted. When reaching out, please include your full name, purchase date, and the item you wish to exchange or return.
Returns/exchanges can be arranged via courier at a cost of ₪30, or dropped off in person at our Showroom at 13 David Pinkas St., Rishon LeZion.
Return – A refund will be issued in accordance with the law, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and according to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Exchange – Up to 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. Items purchased at a discount may be returned within 5 business days.

In the case of a defective item, it will be replaced immediately at the Company's expense with an identical working item or another item from the Website of equal value, at the customer's choice.
