This privacy policy is written in the feminine form for convenience but applies to both women and men.
Chapeau By Kim Or Ltd., Company No. 517277430 (hereinafter: "the Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information provided to it through your use of the Company's website at www.chapeau.co.il (hereinafter: "Personal Information" and "the Website"), as detailed in this privacy policy (hereinafter: "the Privacy Policy").
The purpose of the terms detailed in this Privacy Policy is to explain and outline, among other things, how the Company uses information provided to it and/or collected by it (hereinafter: "the Information", including Personal Information) from users while browsing and using any of the options available on the Website, including when registering for a newsletter, making a purchase, receiving a digital invoice, using the Website chat, or providing information as part of promotions or benefits that involve collecting user information, as well as to outline how users interact with content and/or services on the Website (hereinafter: "the Services").
The Privacy Policy detailed below is an integral part of the Website's Terms of Use (hereinafter: "the Terms"). By using the Website and its services, you express your consent to any use made of information collected about you as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

It is hereby clarified that a request to delete personal details shall be treated as a request to cease your participation as a customer. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may retain Personal Information you requested to delete where it is required by law to do so, including under the Income Tax Regulations (Bookkeeping), 5733–1973, and the Privacy Law.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The Company will not disclose information to third parties unrelated to the Website, except in the following circumstances:
